• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks, but some international folks have told me they have received their packages the week of shipment!

• How do you ship your prints?

  I ship using flat rigid envelopes for small prints, which is generally anything around a foot (30.48cm) in length or shorter. These prints are sealed in an acrylic sleeve and taped to firm cardboard, making them super sturdy.

  I use tube mailers for anything above tabloid size (11"⨉17" or 43.18cm ⨉ 27.94cm). Right now, these mailers are around 15" (38.1cm) long and 1.5" (3.81cm) in diameter.

  Please reuse or recycle shipping materials if possible!

• Do you accept returns or refunds?

  I'm sorry, but barring really weird circumstances, I do not accept returns or refunds on shipped items. Returns are very costly in time and money for small businesses.

  However, if I have not shipped your order, I can still refund your purchase! Please reach out as soon as you can if you'd like to cancel your order.

• What if something is the wrong size?

  I've provided manufacturer's size guides on the product images and/or descriptions. Please consult these measurements to make sure each thing fits. The clothing brands I use may change over time or from product to product.

  If something doesn't fit, you can exchange it for the right size as long as:
  1. the item is available in the correct size
  2. the item has not been soiled or washed
  3. you purchased it within the last month

  If you meet all these requirements, message the shop and I'll send a replacement once the original item arrives back here. You pay to ship it back, and I'll pay to ship the new item.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
